FREE 1:1 Coaching

One of the important principles of a good Athlete/Coach relationship is being clear and aligned on the goals of the athlete and how to get there.

With the addition of more quality coaches, I’ve been able to free up my schedule a bit to help athletes individually.

Starting this week, I’ve set aside a few hours to work with athletes on a one on one basis.  I’ll spend an hour of time with each of you and it’s a completely open format.  We’ll talk about what YOU want to achieve and create a plan for you to get there.  Potential topics may include:

  • Are you trying to lose weight or gain muscle?
  • Are you training to compete in an event? (CrossFit, Powerlifting, endurance etc)
  • Nutritional advice
  • Additional customized programming
  • 1 on 1 physical coaching
  • ANYTHING that comes to mind

Have you been struggling to get that muscle up?  How about your first pullup?  Want to talk about Paleo vs other ways of eating?  Want additional programming to do on your own?  Everything is fair game.

Did I mention this is all FREE?  If you want to invest your time and efforts into improving, quite simply, I want to invest mine into you as well.
