New classes coming to CrossFit 858

This week, we are seeing 3 classes being added to the schedule.  All are FREE for members and a part of your membership:

  1. IMPROVED Women Only class: Ladies want an opportunity to get to know your fellow female members at the gym?  Want to “get away” from it all AND get in a good workout?  Ever been intimidated by some of the dudes grunting and screaming during lifts and want to feel comfortable to ask questions? This is your chance.  This Women only class is back and improved!! You will be led by Coach Alli, and sure to get solid coaching knowledge on top of healthy encouragement.  Starts Friday December 12th, 8am, and will be held every Friday at 8am
  2. YOGA:  Improving mobility will improve your lifts!  Decrease overall stress!  Yoga with Jess will be every Sunday at 9am and Wednesday at 8pm.  Classes will be one hour long and capped at 30 attendees.  Starts Sunday December 14th, 9amYou will need to bring:
    • a yoga mat
    • Optional yoga blocks or straps
  3. HARD STYLE KB Class: Want to explore a dimension of CrossFit outside of Oly?  Every Sunday at 12pm Coach Betsey, RKC certified, will lead you through a one hour long class.  This will be a great compliment to your training and a great way to mix things up.  Starts Sunday December 14th 12pm
