To cover all the bases, and to meet the demand/request from many of our athletes, we are proud to offer Private Training programs to all of our CrossFit 858 athletes!
Private Training is great for those with busy schedules and/or those who enjoy a one-on-one environment. With private training you are able to schedule your own time with a CrossFit 858 professional coach. Private training is also a great way to develop a personal relationship with a coach to achieve your goals together.
These sessions are ideal for all levels, and are tailored to address your personal needs and fitness goals.
Private training sessions can be used for many reasons including:
- Working on specific points of focus such as:
- Olympic lifts
- Bodyweight movements for CrossFit
- Running/sprinting/track-style training
- Specific training for an event such as a race
- Deeper dive into foundational movements
- Goal setting and steps to achieve them
- Nutritional advice including how to shop
- Supplemental strength programming
- Making up a missed workout
