Im pleased to announce the promotion of Brandon Creasy from coach to General Manager of the Uptown location. Brandon will be responsible for the management of all operations at that location. Brandon will remain as coach, but will also be overseeing new member sign up, member retention, social media, retail, and facility management.
I am so pleased and proud to offer Brandon this position. Brandon truly understands what it takes to run a gym, as he’s held almost every responsibility in his time here. He originally started with us as athlete, then began cleaning the Mission Gorge location. Over time he became a coach and a very good one at that. Brandon is constantly striving to better himself and is always learning/educating himself. Brandon is always the first to read and understand any additional assigned educational material to increase his coaching knowledge. He has also become a student of business, understanding that the customer experience of our members is the number one priority.
I look forward to watching Brandon grow in this position, as he serves you the members in a more broad capacity.
I will be focusing my time on the other two locations as we take a divide and conquer approach. Brandon and I will have frequent meetings as I will be making regular rotations to Uptown.
