AMRAP in 20 min

200m run

5 power snatches (135#/95#)

10 Alternating leg pistols (sub = 20 Air squats)

15 Burpees

 

Mobility:

A1) Downward dog 30-45 sec x 2 sets

A2) Bully stretch 1 min each arm x 2 sets
