SWOD: Clean and Jerk 5/4/4/3/3 (Your sets of 3 should be at 80% or more of your 1RM but aim to beat the weight you used for 4 reps last week.)

 

Clean pulls with a 3 sec. pause below the knee 5/5/5/5 (Make each working set “heavy”.)

 

Mobility:

A1) Foam roll posterior chain, focus on glutes, hamstrings, and calves.

A2) Bottom up hip mobility drill 1 min each leg x 2 sets
