WOD:

In teams of two

6 wall climbs

60 Double unders (sub = 120 single unders)

30 Wall ball shots (20#/14#)

200m run (done together)

-5 rounds for time-

Partners will split the reps evenly and while one partner is working the other will hold a plank position. i.e. Partner #1 completes 3 wall climbs while Partner #2 holds a plank then they will switch. One partner must be in the plank position while the other partner is working or the reps do not count.
