Announcements:

Mobility: 

A1) Shoulder distraction, 1 min each arm 2 sets

A2) Bully stretch, 1 min each arm x 2 sets

SWOD: Clean and Jerk: build up to a 3RM. (We will test 1RM next week)

A1) Clean pulls 6/6/6/6 (complete only the first and second pulls)

A2) Weighted sit-ups 15/15/15/15
