SWOD: (10 Min)
Tall Box Landing x 5 Reps in each direction
*Stand on a “tall” box and practice landing softy, 5 reps dropping off box in all 4 directions. Forwards, backwards, and sideways in each direction.
Take your time with this and execute perfect landing
