A1) Racked position mobility drill, 1 min each arm x 2 sets

A2) Wall squat, accumulate 2 min x 2 sets

WOD:

Barbell complex:

8 Deadlifts

6 Hang power cleans

4 Thrusters

5 sets, post max weight used

This complex is to be completed unbroken. No resting the bar on the ground and no dropping of the bar mid set. If you fail a set rest 45-60 sec. and then finish the set.
