20 Partner Med ball Thruster Toss (20/14, 6′ distance)

1 person rows 400m, while other does AMRAP of 6 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups, 14 jumping lunges,  then switch.

After both people have rowed 400m, start sequence over with med ball toss

Score=Total team rounds and total distance rowed.
