Slamball shuttle sprint (for time)

Run 50m w/slam ball, drop ball (must cross cone before dropping) and sprint back to start (30/20#)

Run 100m w/slam ball, drop ball and sprint back to start

Sprint to ball at 50m and return it to start

Sprint to ball at 100m and return it to start
