Announcement:

  • During the CrossFit Open, all Saturday classes will be the Open WOD of that week.  Competitors that are signed up for the Open will WOD together at 12pm

Mobility: 

A1) Bottom up hip mobility, 1 min each leg x 2 sets

A2) Wall Squat, 2 min x 2 sets

 

SWOD: 5 snatch grip deadlifts/3 hang power snatches/1 overhead squat x 5 sets (No dropping the bar to re-grip or rest.)

 

WOD: Tabata burpees (post your lowest set to the whiteboard)

 

Tabata is 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 sec of rest for 8 rounds. The point of tabata is to move with max effort for all sets but today pick an achievable amount of burpees to complete for each 20 sec. period of work and try to maintain that number i.e. sets of 5,7, or 10!
