Kipping Work:
– superman/hollowbody/lat review
– spend most of time working on generating the weightless feeling and making it as efficient as possible

WOD: (21 Min)
6 cycles of the following:
30 Sec Max Cal Row
15 Sec Rest/Transition
30 Sec FLR on Low Rings
15 Sec Rest/Transition
then, rest 3 Minutes and repeat the above for a total of 2 rounds
